Cumberland Geoscience Consultants is a full service consulting geotechnical engineering firm. Located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, we feature in-house capabilities to provide test borings, laboratory testing, engineering and design, construction observation and materials testing, and solid waste management construction quality assurance. Formed at the beginning of 1990, we are currently in our 19th year of service specializing in the geotechnical branch of civil engineering. We have created this web site as a means to inform prospective clients and the public of the services that we provide and our corresponding capabilities to meet specific project requirements. Our site is broken down into sections, all of which are accessible from the navigation bar on the side. Each section provides in-depth information on a specific topic.
